Overlay doesn't appear in-game
Three checks in order — elevation, third-party overlays, and EAC seal pass timing.
If you pressed Insert in-game and nothing happens, work through these in order.
1. Re-launch with admin. Close everything (the loader, Marvel Rivals, Steam). Right-click nimbus-loader.exe → Run as administrator. The loader needs to be elevated when it injects, not after.
2. Disable competing overlays. RTSS, MSI Afterburner OSD, Razer Cortex overlay, NVIDIA ShadowPlay overlay, GeForce Experience FPS counter — any tool that hooks Direct3D's Present() can collide with ours. Steam Overlay and Discord overlay are fine, they use a different surface.
3. Wait for the title screen. Easy Anti-Cheat does a sealing pass on the Marvel Rivals process within the first 3 seconds of launch. If you press Insert too early, EAC blocks the menu surface. Wait until the Marvel Rivals title screen has fully rendered (you can see the menu options) before tapping Insert.
