How to upgrade from Day to Week / Month / Lifetime
Buy the higher tier; the longer key replaces the shorter one with prorated credit.
There is no in-app upgrade button — we keep the billing flow on SellAuth so it stays auditable.
Go to /products and buy the higher tier as a fresh purchase. Once payment confirms, the new key arrives by email, and your dashboard merges it with your existing key: the longer expiry wins, and the remaining time on the shorter key applies as a small credit at the next renewal. The shorter key disappears from the dashboard once the credit is applied.
Heads-up: the credit calculation is based on whole days, not minutes. If you bought a Day key 3 hours ago and upgrade to Month, you get a roughly $4.50 credit (out of $5) at next renewal — not full $5 back.
For Day → Lifetime within 24 hours, email getnimbuscontact@gmail.com with your order IDs and we'll refund the Day pass instead of crediting it.
